If The Copy Machine isn't working for you, we'll refund your purchase within 14 days. No hoops to jump through, no lengthy justifications required.
We want you to be genuinely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we'd rather give you your money back than have you stuck with something that doesn't fit your needs.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
- Email us through our Contact page
- Include your order number or the email address you used to purchase
- That's it. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, all sales are final. This is a digital product — a Claude Skill consisting of text-based instruction files. Once you've had it for two weeks, you've had full access to everything.
We may still consider refunds after 14 days in rare cases:
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally bought twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate
- Technical delivery failure: If our system fails to deliver the product and we can't resolve it, we'll refund you
Before You Buy
Make sure The Copy Machine is right for you:
- You need Claude access. This is a Claude Skill — it runs inside Claude. You need an active Claude account (Claude.ai or API access).
- It's a writing tool, not magic. The skill applies copywriting frameworks to your inputs. You still need to provide product context. Results depend on what you put in.
- It's for copy, not code. This skill writes landing pages, emails, ads, and sales pages. It doesn't write software.
